Return and Refund Policy

Memberships in the DCSecure Users Group may be cancelled for a full refund within 30 days of the membership activation date.  After the initial 30 days, memberships may be cancelled with 30 days written notice for a prorated refund of the unused membership term.  The date used for proration will be the first business day following the end of the 30 day notice period.  A flat cancellation fee of $25.00 will be charged for all prorated cancellations and will be deducted from the refunded amount.  In the event that the cancellation fee exceeds the refund amount, the membership will be cancelled with no refund to the member and no further cancellation fee.

Access Alert Anti-Tampering Kits, and other merchandise (excluding written materials), may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, providing all of the materials shipped are returned in like-new condition.  Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.  No refund will be made for merchandise returned with missing or damaged materials.

All sales are final for manuals, policies, procedures and other written materials whether purchased in hard copy or downloaded.  Because this material can easily be reproduced, no returns or refunds are available.  Materials purchased online may be downloaded, by the original purchaser, a maximum of three times within 72 hours of purchase.

Hard drives and other components installed by DCSI, or our agents, are guaranteed, to the original purchaser, for one full year from date of installation.  Components that fail within the first year will be replaced by DCSI at no cost to the buyer.   Components that fail after the first year, but within three years of installation, will be replaced at a prorated cost.  Components failing after three years, or immediately upon transfer of ownership of the copier, are not subject to any proration and will be replaced at owner's expense.

Online Copier Risk Assessments are subject to a full refund if the user, after providing a valid manufacturer and model number, is unable to locate information regarding their copier or if such information is proven to be inaccurate.
